Trade Information Suppliers

Data Providers are organized within four categories;

  1. Transactional data- particularly shipping manifest data, collected by U.S. Customs /DHS as well as a handful of other counties – refined, augmented and distributed by over a dozen TI Providers.
  2. Statistical data – Usually collected and distributed by governmental organizations, NGOs like the United Nations or commercial (presumably value added) agencies.
  3. Company data – Specifically focusing on the players within International Trade; importers, exporters, manufacturers, NVOCCs, agents, carriers, etc.
  4. Other data – pertinent to international trade like tariffs, economics, retail, referential, etc.
